App has been frozen since OS update.

What kinda of idiot thought up this one? you have to print a large number of the coupons to use them. How many mobile phones and devices have a printer attached to them? Maybe 0.000001%. Its obvious that the Entertainment company doesnt understand the concept of mobile. I am out and want to use a coupon. But I cant !!! This Dumbest app is now deleted.

The savings book is awesome. App is neat but everytime I want to use a mobile coupon I have to explain what it is to a manager. Kinda gets annoying. More communication from entertainment is required to the merchants.

Originally I was pleasantly surprised to see some of the coupon offers but when I went to save them all for ease of use in the future, they were all deleted out of my saved coupon file with the error message that the coupons had expired (which they had not) or there was an issue with the service provider. Considering I had saved coupons for at least 10 different service providers, I can only surmise that this is an issue with the app. So far, Im not overly impressed to be honest.

Like one of the posters, I have found that this app does not save the selections ... Not very useful.

There are some great deals here. Unfortunately, as with so many others, my coupons are never saved. I guess Ill just have to remember to carry the coupons with me. Until a comprehensive update occurs - FAIL

I cant even select my region. The scroll on that screen is locked to the A section.

Great idea for an iPhone app, but it blows! I simply doesnt work. I spent hours loading the app, it not working, trying everything, erasing and downloading the app again, trying again. It STILL not functioning.... VERY frustrating and a BIG waste of time and energy!

Love it! Works great. As soon as I signed in, it pulled up everything right away. No more flipping through the book to find the close deals!

I was very happy that the mobile was an option :) about time ! However it doesnt work for most merchants :( it just wont open. Ive tried with a few near my work and I cant use them :( keep hoping for an update to fix the bugs ! I love the book and the at least tells me whats close but the mobile portion is horrible

Not a great first impression... I cannot even register using the app. Keeps saying the service is not available right now! Why do you make an app, market it in your book, cause unsuspecting children to promote the app while selling to fundraise for their schools and not even listen to your customers reviews on the iTunes Store?! That is only going to cause people who bought this for the simple reason they didnt have to carry a huge book around to never do so again! The right thing to do would be to update your app and respond to the concerns addressed in the reviews. Be a company that does more than take peoples money...give them what they paid for! Should you neglect to do so I will be sure to report you to the Better Business Bureau and call the actual school district and complain that they are promoting the sale of goods not provided as advertised.

This AP will not accept my new membership number; I get a message saying Ent does not have my records and to contact customer service. I contacted customer service and they were useless. No one could help and for three months they have been saying they are having technical difficulties and to call back later! Pathetic company and terrible service staff who seem to have minimal knowledge.

Tried to use this on iPad mini but the screen is so large, and it will not rotate, I was not able to activate my card # because the "enter/activate" button was off the screen..and it doesnt allow you to scroll sideways either.

Complete waste of time

This app worked for a few months and then it logged me out. Now when I try to log in it takes me directly to a activate page and when I put my card number in it says it is already activated. No kidding I have activated it. This app is now useless as it wont go past that page.

The worst app. Very buggy, freezes often. Does not save offers. I noticed that they are selling digital access only for the next book. They desperately need an overhaul of the app until this becomes a useable option for their customers.

Starts out ok, a little glitchy but you can use the app for the most part, a lot of places wont take the mobile coupons even though they are offered in the app. In mid July both years Ive used this, 90% of the coupons just disappear never to be seen again. Its useless and no one should have to pay to be continually let down. Please fix it. Please

I enter my information and it crashes.

It doesnt find restaurants near me that I know are in the book.
